Hello friends,

It is hard to believe that it has been 35 years since our company was founded. In those early days, just like today, I’m grateful to all of those who have supported us and helped us grow. Driven by my youthful optimism and the limited opportunities for growth for a young woman in this industry at that time, I founded this company upon my strong belief that everyone should be given the opportunity to contribute to the world in ways that align with their gifts and strengths. I believe that the lights lined up for us 35 years ago and they still do today. That was an old metaphor used by my Dad whenever I was considering a tough decision. Knowing that I understood that a ship needs harbor lights to line up in order to safely enter the harbor, he would tell me, “Don’t push it. Wait for the lights to line up.” It makes a lot more sense to me in my 50’s than it did to me in my 20’s or 30’s! I see the lights line up a little bit more and a little bit brighter every day! Most of all, I’m grateful that God chose me to raise up this organization which has allowed me to contribute positively to the lives of the people who work with us. With a laser focus on making it easier for our clients, we strive every day to meet our foundational vision of being a trusted partner.
